What size phone systems do you sell?

We provide systems of all sizes.  As small as 2 phone lines and 3 extensions to more than 100+ phone lines and 500 extensions. 

Do you work on existing equipment?

Yes, we can service almost any system out there.  We can do programming changes or add equipment (if availible).

Do you sell computers?

Yes, we sell and maintain computers and servers for business networks.
Do you service existing computers?

Yes, we can service existing computers, network, servers and attachments.

Do you install loud paging equipment?

Yes, we can provide all of the neccessary equipmnet including cabling, speakers, amplifiers, etc... and in many cases this can tie into your new or existing phone system. 

My business is moving can you help?

Yes, we can help cooridnate moving you telephone lines and equipment.  We can make sure you have cabling infastructure at your new location so it will be as seemless as possible to your customers and help eliminate call loss.  

Can I have voicemail and still answer my calls?

Of course,  you can use a voicemail system without an automated attendant or use the automated attendant to answer calls that may go unanswered when your opporator is busy or afterhours.


Why would my company want to use headsets?

Headsets have been shown to increase productivity by upto 43% and also reduce neck, upper back, and shoulder tension by as much as 41%.  They allow you to continue working while on the phone.  The new cordless models have upto a 300 foot range and can be answered remotely.

Do I need dedicated lines to my fax, modem, or credit card machine?

Not at all.  These can become extensions on a phone system and can have access to any telephone line availible.  For incoming faxes we recommend an automatic line sharing device.

Can I use singleline telephones on my phone system?

On most systems properly equiped and programmed this can be a huge asset and savings as in the above example.

Is there a way to track telephone traffic?

Call Accounting software can be as simple or a in-depth as you need it to be.  Using account codes for tracking calls for billing clients or to keep track of employees it can be user friendly and very effective in controling costs.

What is Unified Messaging?

It is the combination of voicemail, email, and in some cases faxes.


What is CTI?

Computer Telephony Integration.  This combines the capabilities of the phone system and your computer for specialized communications needs such as voicemail through email, property management system, contact software screen pops or call cost accounting.
